2016 CAHPS for PQRS Survey Quality Assurance Guidelines Version 2 Technical Corrections and Clarifications (Updated December 2, 2016)  

The CAHPS for PQRS Survey Technical Corrections and Clarifications document is a reference tool that highlights the corrections to the CAHPS for PQRS Survey Quality Assurance Guidelines V2. The Technical Corrections and Clarifications document has been updated to include revisions to INTRO1-IN, MONITOR, RESUME2 and Q30 of the English CATI Script, addition of a RESUME3 script and communicate that an FAQ from Appendix F of the CAHPS for PQRS Survey QAG V2 has been revised.
